Help Us Honor the Life and Legacy of Sandra — A Devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother
On Saturday, May 3, 2025, we said goodbye to our beloved Sandra—a remarkable woman whose strength, kindness, and unwavering devotion held her family together for decades. As a wife of 43 years, she was the steadfast partner and best friend to her husband, Carlos. As a mother, she raised three incredible children—Carlos, Alex, and Natalie—instilling in them her values of compassion, resilience, and joy.
But Sandra’s greatest pride and joy were her two precious granddaughters, Cassandy and Celina. She adored those girls with every ounce of her heart. From magical trips to Disney World to simple afternoons reading stories in her lap, Sandra dedicated herself to creating a world of love and safety for them. Their heartbreak today speaks to the depth of her love and the bright light she was in their lives.
Sandra was a fighter—she battled cancer multiple times, each time emerging with grace, courage, and a smile that lifted everyone around her. Her warmth, her laughter, and her generous spirit touched every life she encountered.
As we grieve her loss, we also want to support those she left behind. In addition to covering funeral and memorial expenses, this fundraiser will help her devoted husband as he begins life without his soulmate. After 43 years of partnership, this transition will be emotionally and financially challenging. Your generosity will help ease his burden as he adjusts to life without Sandra by his side.
