We need everyone to come together as a family help to lay Sammy down to rest. Sam has always been a loving family man who loved to joke around and have fun while taking care of his loved ones. Sam has fought everyday to stay alive! Unfortunately the doctors have said there is nothing left to do for him... with severe brain damage and being on life support we have decided it is time to let Sammy go. we need everyone’s help to lay Sam to rest. The decision to let Sammy go has not been an easy one, but it is a decision that has to be done. We are all heart broken. We all wish we could trade places with my father but life has its own route that we must respect. With heavy hearts we ask you find it within yourself to donate and help us lay Sammy to rest. All proceeds will go to his wife Sonia who will make final decisions in the burial service! We are all standing behind Sonia to support her in this troubling time!
