In loving memory of Sam West

Hi everyone,

 

These past couple of days have been heart breaking to learn that Sam has passed away. Sam was very much loved by all, it was unavoidable to like him and his cheeky grin. The outpour of love for Sam on social media alone shows this.

 

I've set up this page with the blessing of his family, to help raise funds which will go to his wife Lowri and son Max.
