Dear Family and Friends,

It is with unimaginable grief that we share the devastating news of the loss of our beloved Samantha Fernandez — lovingly known to many as Sammy or Sam — who was tragically taken from this world far too soon on April 27, 2025. Sammy was a beautiful soul with a kind heart. She was the life of the party and being around her meant fun, love, and unforgettable memories.

As we struggle to come to terms with this painful reality, we are also faced with the unexpected financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses.
