My name is HimaBindu Penmetsa, and I am writing this with deep sorrow on behalf of my sister's son.

On September 3rd, 2025, our beloved Sai Krishna Rama Chander Raju Alluri stepped out for a walk around 3 PM and never returned. When his roommates grew concerned, they reached out to me, and I immediately contacted 911. After a police investigation, we received the most heartbreaking news — Sai had passed away suddenly due to a severe heart attack. He was just 30 years old.

Sai was more than just a son — he was a kind, bright, and compassionate young man who carried dreams far bigger than himself. He came to the United States with hope and determination, completing his master’s degree and working hard toward building a better future. Everyone who knew him remembers his ever-smiling face, his warmth, and his willingness to help others no matter the circumstances.

The greatest tragedy of all is that Sai was the only son of his aging parents. They are now left thousands of miles away, grieving in unimaginable pain, unable to even see their child one last time. Along with their grief, they are also facing heavy financial burdens, as Sai had supported his family while they battled their own health struggles.

Our immediate and urgent need is to bring Sai home to India, so his parents can give him the final rites and say their goodbyes with dignity. The costs involved in repatriation, medical and legal formalities, and funeral arrangements in a foreign country are incredibly high and beyond what our family can manage alone.
