It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Roosevelt “Jay Jay” Nelson. After a long and courageous battle with sickle cell, he has gone home to be with the Lord. He was a loving husband and father of three, and a cherished family member and friend to so many.

We are raising funds to help cover his burial expenses and to provide some support for his wife and children during this heartbreaking time. Our goal is to raise $5,000 so that we can honor his life with the dignity and respect he deserves.
