In Loving Memory of Robert J Samson️

This past Sunday, our family suffered an unimaginable loss. Our children lost their dad, far too soon. He passed unexpectedly but peacefully at home in his sleep from a condition called Cardiomegaly.

Robert was more than just a father—he was their hero, their biggest fan, and their safe place. He loved his children fiercely, and they adored him. One of their favorite traditions was visiting the Firework Superstore in Hannibal, MO every year around the 4th of July. He would let them pick out as many fireworks as they could carry, just to see their faces light up with joy. Those were the moments that defined him—a dad who gave his heart fully and without hesitation.

Robert was also a beloved son, brother, and family member. He leaves behind his parents, brother, sister, and many others who loved him deeply. The pain of losing him is overwhelming, but we want to honor his life in a way that reflects the joy, love, and laughter he brought to everyone around him.

We are reaching out for support to help cover funeral and memorial expenses, so we can give Robert the farewell he deserves and begin to heal as a family. Every donation, no matter the size, will help us celebrate his life and the incredible father, son, and brother he was.
