When asked as a teenager for the high school 2013 Yearbook: "What does it mean to be noble?" 

Richard answered: "To me, 'Be Noble' means... to be different. Not different in a bad way, but different as in making an impact on life itself." 

On Sunday, May 16, 2021 our beloved Richard was called to his forever home with God after succumbing to his injuries from a tragic motorcycle accident.

Today, family & friends alike,  and everyone who had the privilege of knowing Richard, if we attempted to compile every attribute and positive term in the dictionary to describe the "Grand-LOVE-of-a-person" he was, there wouldn't be enough words. When we reflect on his own statement when he mentioned making an impact on life itself, it resonates like a wrecking ball in our heart and our gut... this is because his warm affection, ever-so-caring spirit, remarkable thoughtfulness, and zealous loyalty to everyone he loved will forever be achingly missed. Here and now, we publicly express how every single inherent quality Richard sowed into the world, they will forever be the hallmark of his persona and the legacy we vow to keep alive.  Richard was the epitome of love, and was never too reserved to withhold those important three words: "I love you."  Until the end of time, we will intensely, passionately, and excessively utter those words back to him: "Lil Richard  -aka-  PussyCat  -aka-  DJ Rich Ali, WE LOVE YOU TOOOOOOOO!" 

All funds raised will be directly applied toward every detail necessary in the arranging of funeral to burial, everything in between, and whatever else Richard's mother sees fit. It goes without saying the high unexpected costs/expenses incurred when suddenly faced with an accidental loss of a loved one. Moreover, we do want to over-say how grateful our family is for the outpouring of support and prayers far-and-wide... we all feel the love, and I'm sure Richard does too. Your comfort, kind words, hugs, and just being here-   are what's carrying us through.


Destiny Petrov, Richard's eldest sister, will be the person in charge of this GoFundMe, the beneficiary and the handler of expenses related to all funeral/burial arrangements.  From the depths of our crushed hearts, thank you.
