In loving memory of Richard Richards
Richard made it home this week after an ugly, rare battle with cancer.
Richard was what we all should strive to be - a person of character, faith, humor, and love for his fellow man, no matter who they are. He was a man of integrity, a loving dad, and an
amazing Papa.
Richard literally gave the coat off his back to a homeless man as he felt the homeless man needed it more than he did.
Throughout his battle Richard and Teresa’s
faith was only made stronger, knowing #Gods got this! God was in charge and aware of every step of the journey. Some days you
could literally see God work. The faith they
shared encouraged US, those who followed
and prayed and tried to walk along side them.
Richard’s faith wasn’t just talk, but one he
walked daily. It was evident to those around
him. He was a light in a dark place. His co-
workers all respected and loved him. Richard was always there to lend a hand, a laugh, or
words of advice.
Richard always went the extra mile!
