I am helping to fund raise for the family and wife of Rich Halbert, he passed away unexpectedly over the weekend. He was a such great guy with a great sense of humor! Him and my husband were really good friends and his wife is such a sweet lady, so we would like to help her as much as possible  during this difficult time.  Rich was a certified diver, and he would frequently go diving with his friends and wife in the deep blue sea.
