Rhonda Frank was a caring, loving, and devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother to her family. She was a light to all around her, and a beautiful soul to all that knew her.  Her open heart and kindness could move mountains, and came without question or reserve. The sudden loss of Rhonda will be a hard trial to pass and a loss that will never be forgotten, and she will forever be in our hearts.
