In Loving Memory of Reuf (Refa) Tasic

Thank you all for donating. I am getting ready to share the funds with Refa’s wife and daughter and need to briefly state my relationship and how the funds will be delivered in order for GoFundMe to release your donations.

I am Refa’s niece - he is brothers with my father. His wife has requested I deposit the funds and then provide it to her as cash.

Dear family, friends, and community,

 

With heavy hearts we share with you that on October 20th, 2021, Reuf (Refa) Tasic passed away. He spent the last month in the hospital battling COVID-19. Refa did not have preexisting conditions. He was a husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Throughout his life he touched many hearts and created many smiles wherever he went. Refa’s funeral was held yesterday, October 21st, and we’ve learned through various conversations that the community wants to come together to help in some way, any way. Many shared that they are certain Refa would do the same for them.

 

We created this GoFundMe as a space to come together in one place. Refa leaves behind a beloved family. He and his wife, Alma, share a sweet young daughter, Anesa. She is 8 years old. Many of you know his daughter was a true daddy’s girl. He would do anything for her and she would do anything for him. They were inseparable. Refa’s wife and family will ensure his memory lives on in her heart.

 

Something that all of you can be a part of is easing the financial burden for his wife and daughter. This GoFundMe is meant to help them with living expenses for the near future, and also ensure a solid future for his daughter. She is young and in elementary school, and will one day continue on to high school and college. Be a part of securing that future for her, on behalf of her dad Refa. She will know the money came from all those who loved her dad, in his name.

 

All money raised on this account will be given to Alma and Anesa to help them start moving forward with one less worry.

Draga familijo, prijatelji i zajednico,

 

Teška srca dijelimo s vama da je 20. oktobra 2021. godine preminuo Reuf (Refa) Tašić. Posljednjih mjesec dana proveo je u bolnici u borbi protiv COVID-19. Refa je prije ovoga bio potpuno zdrav i jak bez ikakvih zdravstvenih problema. Bio je muž, otac, brat, amidza, rođak i prijatelj. Tokom svog života dirnuo je mnoga srca i stvorio mnogo osmijeha gdje god da je otišao. Refina dzenaza održana je jučer, 21. oktobra, a kroz različite razgovore saznali smo da se zajednica i prijatelji žele okupiti kako bi na bilo koji način pomogli. Mnogi su rekli da su sigurni da bi Refa isto učinio za njih.

 

Ovaj GoFundMe smo napravili kao prostor za okupljanje na jednom mjestu. Refa je ostavio za sobom voljenu porodicu. On i njegova supruga Alma imaju slatku mladu kćer Anesu od 8 godina. Mnogi od vas znaju da je njegova kćerka bila prava babina djevojčica. On bi za nju učinio sve, a i ona za njega. Bili su nerazdvojni. Refina supruga i porodica ce se potruditi da sjecanje na njega ostane u njenom srcu.

 

Nešto u čemu svi možete biti dio je olakšavanje finansijskog tereta za njegovu ženu i kćer. Ovaj GoFundMe trebao bi im pomoći u troškovima života u bliskoj budućnosti, a njihovoj Anesi koliko toliko osigurati solidnu budućnost. Ona je mlada i u osnovnoj školi, ali jednog dana će nastaviti srednju školu i fakultet. Budite dio osiguranja te budućnosti za nju, u ime njenog oca Refe. Anesa ce znati da je taj novac došao od svih onih koji su ga voljeli.

 

Sav novac prikupljen na ovom računu će biti predat Almi i Anesi da im pomogne da nastave zivot sa jednom brigom manje.
