In loving memory of Renee Wren

Hello my name is Sarah Wren. I am Renee wren's oldest daughter. My mother passed away on March 12th 2022 from pneumonia. For those who knew my mom she was the sweetest, funniest, and most hard working person in the whole world. The Renee I knew was the absolute strongest woman I have ever met. Growing up it was always the three of us. Mom ,me , and my younger sister Amy. She went through so many silent struggles that a lot of single mothers do, but she did absolutely everything humanly possible to always make sure we were happy and healthy. She sacrificed so much for us and loved us with all of her heart.
My mom worked so hard everyday. She genuinely loved her job and the wonderful people she worked with. Working at kaiser for over 20years made a lot of people her extended family. She would talk about her job with such passion and respect.
She started having to have numerous procedures done. One after another after another, which left her unable to work and she was in and out of the hospital for about 2 years. Having so many procedures and complications from them, mixed with having chrons disease and practically no immune system ultimately took a huge toll on her physically.
My mother was a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart. Her and my younger sister Amy still lived together. Now that my mother is gone my sister is going to have to come live with me. We need all the help we can get during this tragic time. My family and I are just sick with grief and having to take on so much unexpected responsibility has just been painfully stressful.
I've never done anything like this before, but my family and I would truly appreciate any and all the help we can get. My mom instilled in us that no matter what, the three of us will always stick together and have each other's backs. Having to take my sister in while dealing with the unexpected loss of our mother is a lot for me to handle on my own. I am so grateful and thankful for everyone who has reached out. It is amazing to see how many lives my mother has touched. Anything will help us during this difficult time and thank you again!
