On August 15, our family experienced a heartbreaking and devastating loss. At just 23 years old, our beloved Raul Jr. passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a family, girlfriend, friends, and countless loved ones who are struggling to understand how someone so full of life could be gone so suddenly.

To know Raul, was to know his laughter, his carefree spirit, and his ability to make just about anyone feel like a friend.

Raul was outgoing, charismatic, funny, and one of the biggest jokesters you could meet. He had a romantic heart and was deeply in love with his girlfriend, who shared so many important moments and memories with him. He was caring and protective with his loved ones. He was ambitious, always dreaming of more and striving to build something better for himself and the people he loved.

And then there were the names.

Depending on who you were, you might have known him as Raul, Romeo, Pablo, Frijoles, Nino Bebe, or one of the many other names he decided to introduce himself by. But to his family, he was our beloved Bebe AKA El Más Guapo.

That was Raul. He had a way of making life more fun, making people laugh, and leaving an impression wherever he went. He could meet someone and somehow make them feel like they had known him forever. His carefree personality and loving heart brought a unique energy into the lives of so many people.

He leaves behind his mother, his father,his three siblings, and his girlfriend — who are now trying to navigate the unimaginable pain of losing someone they love so dearly.

Because his passing was so sudden, our family is facing not only the overwhelming emotional weight of this loss, but also unexpected expenses during an already incredibly difficult time. We are creating this fundraiser to help ease some of that financial burden and allow his family to focus on grieving, coming together, and honoring his life.
