He passed peacefully with his immediate family by his side, and in his final moments, he expressed clearly that he knew God and felt His presence. This brought great comfort to those who loved him.

Randy was a devoted husband, a proud father, a cherished son, and a loyal friend. His kindness, strength, and humor touched everyone he met.
