IN LOVING MEMORY OF RACHEL MCKAUGHAN

Rachel McKaughan was the mother of 5 beautiful kids, wife of Kenny McKaughan, and a friend to all. Rachel suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in her sleep on Sunday Sept 12th at the young age of 37 years old. She was a fun, loving, adventurous wife and mother who lived for her family. She was her kids’ biggest fan and she was her husband’s sole mate. We are reaching out in hopes that we as a community can all come together to help Kenny and their kids out during this very difficult time and the extremely difficult road ahead. The goal is to help them stay on their feet through this horrible experience and the things to come. They are now going to have to face many firsts without their mom, including Halloween costumes and make up she would be doing with her girls. Thanksgiving she would have hosted with family, or the whole Christmas season where the whole family came together for baking cookies, decorating the house and tree, and Christmas light strolling. Kenny is now a widowed father of 5 trying to pick up all the pieces and help keep Rachel’s memory going especially for their two youngest girls. Let us all donate anything we can to help get this family through this incredibly painful, heartbreaking loss of their mom and wife. It is not going to be an easy road for this family, but with help from their community, friends and family they will get through this. I know the family is truly grateful to everyone who has already reached out to help support and they are extremely grateful for any help we can provide here.
