It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Prisco Severino (Rino) Capangpangan III on July 31st. Rino was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend whose absence leaves a deep void in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

Rino was a phenomenal artist, a passionate gamer, the biggest teddy bear , and—above all—a fierce protector. His loyalty, creativity, and sense of humor lit up every room he entered. He was the life of the party and a devoted fan of comics, digital art, and all things 49ERS.

His sudden departure has left his family not only heartbroken but also facing unexpected financial burdens. We are reaching out to our community for support during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution—no matter the size—will make a meaningful difference as the Capangpangan family navigates this loss and honors Rino’s memory.
