Tragedy struck our family on Sunday, January 15th, as my mother, Priscilla Richards, passed away unexpectedly. While waking for Sunday church the morning of, she suddenly fell ill and passed away for reasons still unknown. Two weeks prior, my mother visited CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital - South Tyler with extreme shortness of breathe, dizziness, and inability to move. She was sent home by medical professionals that day with no diagnosis or medication and two weeks later died.

Priscilla was the most amazing mother, a wonderful teacher for my little sister Eliana, a loving wife, and a passionate advocate. She lived her life selflessly, her generosity and love touching all those she had crossed paths with. She is and will be missed dearly by everyone.
