Support for Pete Jastrzembski's Daughter & Family

There is so much that could be said about Pete, from his headstrong perseverance to his always witty charisma, he was someone who lived his life proving that against all odds life is something that is meant to be lived to our highest capacity.

After being paralyzed in a motor cross accident in 2002 at Raceway Park Pete always maintained his passionate zest for life and hard work ethic despite spending 20 years as a paralegic. He never let his physical circumstances hold him back from countless adventures, time with family and friends, or running his own business.

His love for life and a good time was passed along to his daughter, Heather, even after his accident they spent many days riding jetskis, taking the quads out, fishing on the boat, or simply hanging with friends in the garage.

Recently, the past few years had gotten increasingly difficult for Pete, complications arose from all his years in a wheelchair in addition to his kidneys starting to fail, dialysis became a way of life, yet his spirit was never broken and his passion for life continued on, touching all of those who knew him.

It is with much sorrow that we must now prepare for a life without Pete as he has gone off to Glory and is in the loving arms of his maker.

Heather and Pete's bond was like no other, as his only child she was truly "Daddy's Baby Girl". Being only 26, Heather has spent the majority of her life looking after her father's care. Her loyalty and bravery as a daughter is something that always shone through in every circumstace and to no end, even when faced with the possibility of a kidney transplant Heather never hesitated to put herself on that list. Just as much as Pete was her hero, she was also his in every sense of the word.

Faced with increasing health struggles and with his strength depleting Pete was not able to work the past 2 years, however not wanting to be a burden to his family & friends he kept his financial struggles private.

In addition to the pile of medical expenses that are still due in his passing it has come to light that he was not able to keep up with his life insurance policy or household bills.

Heather is also hoping to be able to cover his medical bills, funeral costs, as well as any outstanding mortgage and property tax fees so that the home her father and her shared remains within her care.

It is from the very bottom of our hearts that we thank each and every person who takes the time to read this and offer any type of support.
