In Loving Memory of Patrick Thomas

My brother Patrick Thomas passed away July 23, 2018
He needed a liver Transplant and sadly time wasn't on his side. Pat was always the life of the party, he always made everyone laugh and he had a huge heart. Pat and I lost our parents and now I lost him, and I'm devastated. His death was very sudden and so tragic. I ask all who loved Pat to please help me through this tough time. Anything helps
