Hello Family and Friends,

This is Pat's son, Joe. Pat (or affectionately, Patty) had been battling advanced kidney disease for almost two years when she was recently diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in April of this year. She was initially given a 1-2 year period where doctors thought she'd be with us; however, after two months, she suffered a stroke that required hospitalization. Her health had taken a sharp decline, and though we'd hoped she would recover, she was unable to stay with us.

She passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2022, at 4:24 PM at Lowell General Hospital. She was 66 years old and surrounded by her loving family.

Pat's family has received an outpouring of love and support in the wake of her passing, with many friends and family asking what they can do to help. The love and generosity are strongly felt and greatly appreciated.

The GFM was created to gain assistance in paying for funeral arrangements and medical bills. Therefore, your contribution is very much appreciated and will help her family offset the financial costs of funeral and medical expenses.
