On April 11th our hearts shattered as we said goodbye to our dad, who passed away after a courageous two-year battle with colon cancer. He was more than just a dad — he was the backbone of our family, a guiding light, a source of strength, and love.

He was a loving father to 11 children and a proud grandfather and great-grandfather to many. His heart was as big as his presence — always open, always giving. He welcomed everyone with open arms, and if you knew him, you were family. To everyone he was ‘Papi’. People naturally gravitated toward him — his charisma lit up every room, and his generous spirit left a lasting mark on everyone he met.

He was the one who kept our family together through every season of life. His laughter, his advice, and the way he made everyone feel seen and loved — those are the things we will carry with us forever.

As we begin the heartbreaking process of saying goodbye, we are asking for help to cover his funeral expenses. Our goal is to raise $20,000 to give him the farewell he deserves. Unfortunately, he did not have a life insurance policy, and the financial burden is more than our family can manage alone.
