With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Dion Latrice MayField Peterson, who peacefully transitioned on April 8, 2026, at the age of 63.

Dion was a selfless woman of incredible strength, love, and unwavering faith. She lived her life with kindness, compassion, and deep obedience to the Lord, touching the lives of everyone who had the blessing of knowing her. Her presence brought warmth, guidance, and comfort, and her legacy of love will continue to live on through all who knew her.

She leaves behind her cherished children Lauren, Robert, and Dorian, her loving Sisters in Christ Georgie and Nedra, her brothers Brian and Jeff, and her treasured grandchildren Raysean, Tyrique, and Zariah. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
