I think I speak for us all when I say that we are heartbroken beyond belief to hear the devastating news that our good friend Jamie or ‘Ja/ Bemmy’ to those who knew him well has tragically passed away.

These past 4 weeks since Ja was reported missing by his family has shown just how well loved he was by all who knew him. The outpouring of messages offering help, sending love to his wife and daughter, and general concern for his whereabouts has been overwhelming and I know the family are extremely grateful for all of the support shown.

Ja was one of a kind, a friendly face that everybody knew. He was always checking in on his friends, always putting others first, and was a devoted husband and father.

His family now have to continue life's difficult journey without him by their side and I would ask that you please respect their wishes and allow them the privacy to do so.

For all of those wanting to help I have set up this gofundme to ease the financial pressure on his family at this difficult time as they come together to say their last goodbyes, and give Ja the send off he deserves.
