With the blessing of Andrew’s family, I have created this GoFundMe to help ease the sudden financial burden they now face and to give Andrew the beautiful send-off he truly deserves.

Andrew was a loving husband to Michelle, a proud dad to Bobbie and Jack, and a devoted son to Linda and brother to Michael. Born and raised in Eccles, Manchester, he was one of life’s true good guys - kind, genuine, and always there for others.

He spent over ten years working as a support worker for young adults with learning and physical disabilities, before moving into the construction industry. He also helped care for his mum with unwavering love and patience.

A huge part of Andrew’s life was music - he was a respected figure in the Manchester hip-hop scene, known as DJ Pressure, for his incredible DJing, scratching, and beatboxing skills. His talent even led him to host his own weekly rap show on hip-hop legend Chuck D’s U.S. radio station.

Andrew gave so much of himself to others, whether teaching music to young people or volunteering at his local boxing club, Shacklady’s.

Sadly, after battling poor mental health, Andrew tragically on Wednesday, 1st October 2025 took his own life. His loss has left an unimaginable hole in the hearts of everyone who loved him.

We want to come together to support Michelle, Bobbie, Jack, and Linda through this unimaginable time, and to make sure Andrew gets the send-off he so deeply deserves.
