Our family’s hearts are heavy as we share this story.
When our biological mother passed away at just 33 years old, she left behind seven children, ranging in age from 4 to 16. We were all still very young, and our world was forever changed.
After that loss, our dad later remarried, and we were blessed with a woman who didn’t just become our step-mom—she raised us. She stepped into our lives with love, strength, and sacrifice, becoming a true mother to us when we needed one most. From that marriage, we were also blessed with our younger brother—the baby of our family, who brought light, laughter, and joy into our home.
In 2012, we lost our step-mom—our younger brother’s biological mom and the woman who helped raise all of us. Losing her was a devastating blow to our family and especially heartbreaking for our little brother, who lost his mom far too soon.
Then in 2020, our hearts were shattered once again when our father was assaulted while hospitalized and passed away just one week later. Losing him so suddenly left a void that words can’t fully describe.
Now, our family is grieving yet again.
Our younger brother—the baby of our family—was found deceased on the sofa of his apartment. At this time, we do not yet know the cause. While our hearts are broken, we find peace knowing that he is no longer alone. We believe he is now in heaven, reunited with his mom and our dad—together again as a family.
The photo you see is deeply meaningful to us. It represents a family reunion—a picture of love, peace, and wholeness that brings us comfort during this painful season.
We have created this fundraiser to help our family with final arrangements and unexpected expenses during this incredibly difficult time. Any support—whether through a donation, prayer, or sharing this page—is deeply appreciated and received with gratitude.
Thank you for standing with our family, for honoring our brother’s life, and for surrounding us with love and compassion.
Forever our baby brother.
Forever loved.
Forever reunited.
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”
Revelation 21:4 (NLT)
