On Saturday, September 30, 2023, our beloved Tanya became our Guardian Angel. She went into the Royal Columbian Hospital in the early morning of September 3rd with Strep-Pneumonia which became severe rather fast. This caused her body/kidneys to shut down leaving her in an induced coma to try and give her body a fighting chance. Unfortunately, she did not win the battle. She left behind her two children, Vincent, 25, and Sophia, 12, who are trying to wrap their heads around what has happened and how to survive without their only caregiver. Tanya was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who will be truly missed. Anyone who knew Tanya would know she always had her heart on her sleeve and was always the first to help when someone was in need.
