In Loving Memory of Our Angel, Stefanka

A week ago, my beautiful mother went on and on talking about all the achievements she had hoped to reach by the end of 2025. She dreamt of buying a home in Bulgaria one day, perhaps not realising that to us, she was our true home. Today, it feels as though struck by lightning; a sudden passing of our angel, our favourite person, my mother.

She was the kindest, most open minded, loving and appreciative person that I have ever known. Stefanka, or Stef, as everybody called her, didn’t have many opportunities in her life time. This never stopped her from making any and every situation feel like a positive one, not only for herself, but for her husband and two sons.

Stef passed away on Wednesday, 05.02.2025 suddenly in her sleep. There is a saying in Bulgaria that this is how angels pass, and we truly do believe that she was the closest thing there is to being one.

Unfortunately, we are now struggling to put together funds to organise the funeral and memorial so we decided to open this page in hopes to raise £6000 to help fund this, as well as aid our father who has suffered from severe back pain for the last 30 years and have now worsened significantly.

We would be beyond grateful for any help that you may be able to provide; whether that is a donation, no matter how big or small; a share, or offering a prayer to our mother. She never hesitated to help anybody in need, and it would mean the world to us to be able to give her the appropriate goodbye that she truly deserves.
