In Loving Memory of Oscar Mayers Jr.
On June 29th, my father, Oscar Mayers Jr unexpectedly passed away from natural causes.
He was a loving father, dilligent member of his community, former assistant District Attorney of law for Washington DC, member of Alpha phi Alpha Inc., and a forever soldier of God.
He recently suffered a number of medical complications due to the stress of this past year. The burden of the medical bills coupled with the expensive burial fees left us overwhelmed with the costs.
His passing was a shock to our family as we’d only recently buried his father (our grandfather) last month. As we prepare to give him a respectful homegoing, my family is asking for support in the form of GoFundMe donations to contribute to his funeral costs.
