Oscar "Chito" Castaneda was 28 years of age. The loving father of two young children. Son of Guadalupe and Oscar Castaneda of Waukegan, Illinois. Chito was very loved by those who knew him. His smile was contagious, his energy uplifting, and his kidness immense. Thank you for sharing your artwork with us and filling us with joy.
