In Loving Memory of Our Mom

It is with the heaviest hearts that we share the news of our beloved mom, Orfa, passing on May 13th. She passed away unexpectedly from Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (broken heart syndrome) among other complications. Her departure, so soon after Mother's Day, has left a void in our lives that words cannot fully express. The loss of our dad five years ago took a significant toll on her, and she carried his memory with her every day.

Our mom was an incredibly strong and loving woman who fought with all her might to stay with us. Her love knew no limits, and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She was the very heart of our family—a source of strength, kindness, and endless love.

She leaves behind her youngest child, our little brother, Cuauhtli, who is just 11 years old. We are committed to providing him with a loving and stable home, just as Mom would have wanted.

And though we will miss her dearly, we find comfort in the image of her finally at rest, with our dad once again.

Her sudden departure has left us devastated and unprepared.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses and give her the peaceful, dignified farewell she deserves. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to us during this incredibly difficult time.

En Amorosa Memoria de Nuestra Mamá

Con profunda tristeza compartimos la noticia del fallecimiento de nuestra amada mamá, Orfa, el 13 de mayo. Su partida, tan pronto después del Día de la Madre, ha dejado un vacío en nuestras vidas que las palabras no pueden expresar completamente. La pérdida de nuestro papá hace cinco años le afectó significativamente.

Nuestra mamá fue una mujer increíblemente fuerte y amorosa que luchó con todas sus fuerzas para quedarse con nosotros. Su amor no conocía límites, y sus nietos ocupaban un lugar especial en su corazón. Ella era el corazón mismo de nuestra familia: una fuente de fortaleza, bondad y amor infinito.

Deja atrás a su hijo menor, nuestro hermanito, Cuauhtli, quien tiene solo 11 años. Estamos comprometidos a brindarle un hogar amoroso y estable, tal como mamá lo hubiera querido.

Y aunque la extrañaremos muchísimo, encontramos consuelo en la imagen de ella finalmente descansando, con nuestro papá.

Su repentina partida nos ha dejado devastados.

Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudar a cubrir los gastos funerarios y darle la despedida digna que se merece. Cualquier apoyo, por pequeño que sea, significaría el mundo para nosotros durante este momento increíblemente difícil.
