IN LOVING MEMORY OF NOE CHAVEZ AKA WAXER

Hello this is Rupe from Genocide Car Club. Sadly on 9/20/2023 we lost our brother Noe Chavez AKA Waxer. He was a friend to many but was loved by all. We want to give him a proper memorial service, and help relieve the financial strain from his family. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
