Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved father, Nick. He was a cherished father, son, and friend who brought so much love and light into our lives. He will be deeply missed by all who encountered him.

As we come to terms with Nick’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, but unfortunately, the financial burden of cremation expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time. Nick’s passing was very sudden and unexpected, so there was no time for us to mentally or financially prepare for such a loss, as he lived with and honorably took care of his father. Unfortunately, Nick did not have funds or insurance to cover these costs due to leaving his labor-intensive job just the week prior. Myself, my grandpa, and aunt have been left with this financial burden. Though small compared to the spiritual loss we’re facing, financial support would provide some relief during this period of grieving for us.

We are reaching out to our community for support in honoring Nick’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on grieving and remembering him fondly.

Funds raised will go towards cremation costs and buying a new washer/dryer for Nick’s father, as he would always carry the laundry to and from the laundromat for him. Anything beyond our goal would go towards throwing a small memorial. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in ensuring that Nick is laid to rest with dignity and respect and that his father is well taken care of as he would’ve wished.
