On May 31st, we lost a best friend to an unexpected death at the age of 48.

Nik was a dedicated, kind, loving, and passionate father, husband, and friend who will be missed tremendously. As a longtime local of Breckenridge, he loved raising his kids in this community.

Nik leaves behind his wife Jenny, their 17-year-old daughter Reese, and 13-year-old son Leyton.
