In Loving Memory of Nathan Delmar Benitez

Donation protected
With a heavy heart and deep emotions, I want to announce the passing of Nathan(42). Leaving behind his sons... Nathaniel Benitez(23), Xavier Benitez (19) and Omar Benitez (11) and Wife Sonia Estrada of 24 years. After a long battle with a liver disease and sickness, God has ended Nate's battle. His time with us on earth is no more but forever in our hearts with no more pain and suffering. My Brother Nate is now reunited with our mom Delma(68) and Brother Marcus(49) who both passed away last month.

As many of you know Nate "BOOM" Benitez was the life of the party (the hype man), his personality lit up the room, confident, flamboyant, genuine, sports freak.. are just some unique traits of his character, the list goes on..

Nathan was a great father, he was always there for his kids and introduced them to the game (sports). He made his boys tough and pushed them to be the best they can be and to believe in themselves. He taught them how to face diversity and obstacles on the field which transitioned to a skill set that they can use in life. Nathan loved to take his boys out to eat at Peter Piper Pizza or Native for wings. Nathan also leaves behind his high school sweet heart Sonia Estrada who he loved deeply for 23 years.

Nate was the best brother anyone could ask for. He was far from perfect but he was perfect to me in so many ways. I remember my mom worked two jobs growing up, Nate watched over me a lot to make sure I was ready for school, that I ate breakfast, walk me to my bus stop, took me to little league practice and to all my games from t-ball through Senior year in HS. My second biggest supporter besides my mom at the time, there is only one Nate. He taught me how to ride a bike, fight, shoot a basketball, catch and hit a baseball, throw a football, drive a car. My Hero my idol Nate Dogg! I'm so blessed to have had you in my life for 32 years. May you rest in peace my brother I love you.. I am my brothers keeper!

Nathan had such an impact on a lot of peoples lives and we are devastated with the loss of such a great soul, Father, Grandpa, Son, Brother, Husband, Uncle, friend, Brother-n-law and Family man. During these times of need we are asking for any donations to help with funeral services, anything is more than enough. The family and I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers coming in... it's all LOVE!
