In Loving Memory of Nate Palmer

Tara, Destiny, Drake, and Kyra had to say goodbye to a loving husband, amazing dad, and best friend last evening. Nate fought long and hard but ultimately the good Lord had other plans. He needed an angel. Not any angel, one who could spread love, joy, and kindness to any and all. His infectious love of life brought joy to anyone around him. Nate was always willing to help anyone in need and touched the lives of so many.

We would like to help the family cover the costs of medical and funeral expenses as well as loss of income from Nate's passing. Your donation will not take away the pain this precious family is feeling today but will take some of the burden off of Tara as she tries to pick up the pieces left behind. I will leave you all with a poem from Tara to her dear husband, Nate Palmer.

When God was making husbands

as far as I can see,

He made a special soulmate

especially for me.

He made a perfect gentleman,

compassionate and kind,

With more love and affection

than you could ever wish to find.

He gave my darling husband

a heart of solid gold,

only my heart can hold,

He was someone I could talk to

that no one can replace,

He was someone I could laugh with

till tears ran down my face.

Next time we meet

will be at Heaven's door,

When I see you standing there

I won't cry anymore.

I will put my arms around you

and kiss your smiling face,

Then the pieces of my broken heart

will fall back into place.
