My name is Christy Giles, and I am creating this fundraiser with a heavy heart after the unexpected passing of my mother, Diann Giles, on November 16, 2025. Losing her has been one of the most painful experiences of my life, and during this time of grief, my family and I are also faced with the financial burden of covering funeral and burial costs.

My mother was only 64 years old, full of life, love, and generosity. She was a caring and patient LPN, a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend. She was the kind of woman who always saw the good in others, believed in peace, and spent her life giving and serving—both in her home and in her work. She was truly the glue of our family.

We want to honor her with the beautiful, dignified homegoing service she deserves. Unfortunately, the expenses for the funeral, burial, cemetery fees, and associated costs are more than our family can cover alone. We are humbly asking for support from friends, family, and anyone who feels moved to help us lay her to rest.
