In loving memory of my Father Raul Torres

Our father Raul was admitted to the hospital on December 21st 2023, complaining of a headache. Later that day we were told that he had a stroke. He was getting much better because of physical therapy. On January 6th we were told by the doctors that we were going to get discharged because everything was going great that they just needed to follow up with his swallowing. Then in the early morning of January 7th they were suppose to come do a swallow test to see if he could swallow on his own. We never got to do the test because around 8:30 that morning my father had 2 seizures back to back, Which lead him to be intubated. He remained in that state for 2 days. On January 9th 2024, my father passed away from renal failure which also caused to go into multiple system atrophy. He leaves 3 children behind and 1 grand baby. He was such a great husband,Dad and Grandpa. As one can imagine , the family was left with a heartache and the responsibility and funeral costs that follow such a tragedy. My father was such a loving person and everyone that met him is able to tell you about every encounter they had with him. My family would be so thankful and appreciative to those who would love to contribute from the bottom of their hearts. Thank you in advance
