This morning, our family experienced an unimaginable loss. My dad passed away unexpectedly, leaving a hole in our hearts that we can never fill. He was the sole provider for my mom and my youngest sister, and we are now facing not only the pain of losing him but also the financial burdens that come with arranging his funeral and helping my family stay secure in the weeks ahead.

My dad was a friend to everyone he met—kind, generous, and always willing to stop whatever he was doing to help someone else. He never knew a stranger. He spent his life spreading the gospel of Jesus through the way he lived: with love, compassion, and a servant’s heart.
