In Loving Memory of My Brother — Supporting His Wife and Son

It breaks my heart to even write these words…our brother, Jaime Tamez, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his Wife Olinda and their Son Uriel.

Our family is still in shock — trying to understand how life can change so suddenly. Jaime wasn’t just our brother; he was the one who could make anyone laugh, the one you could always count on, and the one who loved his family more than anything. He worked hard every day to make sure his wife and son were taken care of and had a good life.

Now, in the middle of all this heartbreak, Olinda is facing not only the pain of losing her best friend, but also the heavy weight of financial uncertainty. She’s doing everything she can to stay strong for Uriel, but no one should have to face this kind of struggle alone.

We created this GoFundMe to help ease that burden — to give her a bit of peace and breathing room while she and my nephew find their footing again. Donations will go toward rent, bills, groceries, and anything they need in the weeks and months ahead as they try to rebuild life after such a loss.
