We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Wong, a beloved and long-time community member in Forest Hills, Queens. He was a source of strength, kindness, and positivity for all who knew him. A Hong Kong native, Mr. Wong immigrated to the U.S. in 2001 and together with his wife, operated the Golden Peak Laundromat in Forest Hills, one block from Halsey JHS. The couple ran their small business on their own, working seven days and long nights. He leaves behind his wife, daughter and son.
We are raising funds to cover the funeral costs and help his widow, who is now facing financial hardship. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us reach our goal and ensure that Mr. Wong's legacy is remembered. All funds raised will be used to cover the funeral costs and help his widow during this difficult time.
We thank you for your kindness, support, and generosity. Your contribution will help us honor the memory of Mr. Wong and provide much-needed assistance to his family. Please help us remember Mr. Wong and honor his legacy.
