Our beloved friend and colleague, Monica J. Arter, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020. Words cannot express the shock and sadness felt by those that knew her. Monica made lasting impacts, personal and professional, everywhere she went. No one who met her was the same afterward, and the world will not be the same without her.

The purpose of these funds is to memorialize her legacy through donations to the Chakota Therapeutic Riding Center, as well as provide the family with assistance during this difficult time.
