In Loving Memory of Misako Masuda Gomez
Donation protected
Misako Masuda Gomez was born in Shimotsuma, Ibaraki, Japan on January 1 st , 1958 to a farming family;
the youngest of three children. Her curious nature, and seeking heart, brought her to Tokyo and
ultimately to the states, meeting many along the way. She was passionate about cooking, relationships,
truth, and perhaps most of all; joy and happiness being able to be expressed and experienced.
On Wednesday, September 20th she was struck by a vehicle while crossing the road, succumbing to her
injuries about 24 hours later. She was surrounded by family, friends, community and medical staff
through the ordeal.
She departs this earthly life and her body, trailblazing a path in her own way, for her two children,
former husband, community, family and friends. Her Seonghwa (Ascension) Ceremony will be held on
Friday, September 29th at 7:00pm at 1710 W. Airport Freeway, Irving TX 75062.
This page has been opened to support final costs and for those wishing to be involved in her departure
in a financial manner.
In love, life, laughter, and gratitude.
