On October 31, 2026, we lost our beloved Mira Rogoff, who passed away at 86 after an eight-year battle with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP).

Mira was the glue of our family. She was the devoted wife of Gregory for 64 years, a loving mother to Valerie, Inna, and Robert, and a proud grandmother to Jamie, Kellen, Josh, Sharon, Michelle, Mitchell, Daniel, Nathan, and Nicole.

In her memory, we're raising money for JUF of Chicago (Jewish United Fund). Decades ago, JUF helped bring Mira, Gregory, and their kids to the United States from Kyiv and gave them the chance to build a new life here. Everything that followed came from that new beginning: her nine grandchildren, and the many tables she filled with food and love. Giving back to the organization that made it possible feels like the truest way to honor her.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her honor, so JUF can help other families find the same new beginning ours did.

Thank you for loving her with us.

With love,
Gregory and the Rogoff family
