It is with a heavy heart we share of the death of Michael George MacKenzie, our beloved "Mike", and above all else "Dad" to his son Parker who Mike loved more than words can ever express. Many know that Mike had been battling with severe medical conditions for a very long time. Despite his incredible tenacity through it all, he passed in his sleep at home on March 2nd.

Anyone who knew him knew he was always joking around with a mischievous smile trying to make light of things, even when life was at its darkest. He would surely be making jokes about this right now. He will be so deeply missed for that spark and the care he held for his family and friends. Although his foundation was his humor, when he became a father he took that responsibility seriously putting everything he had into being the best Dad he could be. Parker meant everything to him. He would light up every time he talked about him, always eager to share his joy. As hard as things were with his illnesses, Mike refused to let that stand in the way of being there for his son.

We would like to come together to pay respects to the memory of Mike and his unconditional love for Parker during *this* darkest time. It would be a great honor if you can contribute to support Parker and his family as they navigate this devastating loss.
