In Loving Memory of Michelle Mugar

It is with deep sorrow to share that we have unexpectedly lost our loving mother, Michelle Mugar, on Sunday, August 20, 2023. In less than 12 hours our lives were forever changed after determining she suffered an extremely rare (1%) type of stroke.

Anyone who knew our mom knew the kind of Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Mother-In-Law, Sister-In-Law, Aunt, Nurse, Coworker, Friend, Dog Mom, Dog Grandma, and Phoenix Suns superfan she was. She was our glue, our rock, and our role model. While our hearts are heavy with grief and complete disbelief, we are grateful to have been loved by and to carry on a piece of a truly amazing, remarkable person.

Thank you so much for everyone's support during this unforeseen and heart-wrenching time. We have had an overwhelming amount of people reach out asking what they can do to help. Your thoughts are appreciated.

We have created this platform in lieu of flowers or food. We kindly invite you to join us in honoring the deep love and passion she shared for dogs. 100% of all contributions will be donated to a local animal shelter to celebrate her name and memory.

If there were ever a cause or fundraiser, our mom would be the first person to ask where to give. We know this would make her proud.

We will be holding a public memorial service to celebrate Michelle's life.
