Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

It is with a broken heart that I share the sudden and unexpected passing of my brother, Michael Burke, on January 20, 2026, at the age of 44.

He was a man full of passion and gave 1000% to the things he loved and the people he cared for. He leaves behind his 10-year-old son, Kyler, whom he loved wholeheartedly and who adored him.

Michael had a strong community of support, with friends from all walks of life in the Greater Vancouver area and beyond. We are asking some of you to dig into your hearts and help support his son during this time of need, as well as assist our family in laying Michael to rest.

Donations will go toward funeral expenses and helping raise Kyler, covering essentials such as housing, educational and emotional supports, medication, activities, and other costs that come with providing a safe and nurturing future.

Any contribution, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping us surround Kyler with love and support during this difficult time.
