We as a family are devastated to share with you all the loss of my mother Mercedes Velasquez 
On April 20th my mother went to the hospital with a major headache.
Doctors did ct scans she had brain swollen and so they did surgery to bring down the swelling. 2 days went by and we get a phone call from the doctor saying she was diagnosed with stage 3 Glioblostoma brain cancer,she went into surgery the same night on April 26 we were told the surgery didn't go well she had bleeding in the brain.
She then was unconscious in life support.
We waiting a couple days to check how was her brain activity.
On May 5th she was pronounced dead brain and we had 48 hours to disconnect her.
My mother was a strong warrior everyone who knew her knows she was such a loving caring happy person,she loved to dance and joke around she loved us dearly and her grandkids.

I am asking the public with all my heart to please donate anything you can to help with the funeral expenses in this extremely difficult time it would be greatly appreciated.
