Dear Friends & Family,

RIP 12/14/1964 - 3/2/2024 to a well loved husband, father & grandfather. We are reaching out with heavy hearts to loved ones, friends & previous co-workers, to ask for your help & support during these challenging & difficult time. Melvin was a retired deputy of the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office for over 25 years. Melvin retired from AutoNation Chevrolet of Greenacres as a top tier salesman. Being a Pitmaster was his passion. He loved grilling & making good food for the masses. His loving, devoted wife, Gena Peterson-Cook, remained by his side day & night until he transitioned peacefully. However, we are faced with the impending funeral service expenses. Any contributions, big or small would be extremely helpful & greatly appreciated & will make a significant difference for our family.
