Dear Family & Friends,

On December 21st, 2023, we suddenly and unexpectedly lost our sister and best friend, Melat Ghirmai.

As many of you know, community and support was extremely important to Melat, as she had lived her life to selflessly help others. We are beyond grateful for all the assistance everyone has shown us, especially during the holiday season. Although, this Christmas will look different than we had anticipated, we are overwhelmed by everyone’s desire to donate time, resources and funds. We have created an opportunity here to allow those who can, to contribute in honoring her legacy in the coming days and for years to come.

Thank you for being a source of comfort during this challenging time. Please continue to keep her family and loved ones in prayer. Rest in peace our resilient and gorgeous (inside and out) sister, Melat.
